Details
The tester is configured with latest CMOS camera for machine vision and high-speed digital signal processor (DSP) to inspect the parameters of high/low-beam in shortest time with high accuracy.
Features
- Faster: only 40s for high beam and low beam inspection of the both headlamps; approx. 20s by using 2 testers.
- Automatic light tracking, measurement, calibration and diagnosis.
- Wide application: suitable for testing new LED lamps, HID lamps, etc.
- High stability and low failure rate: uses advanced variable frequency speed control technology for horizontal and vertical movement.
- Multiple operation modes: standalone, controlled by system or host computer.
Applications
Applicable to vehicle safety inspection station, car factory assembly line, simple inspection line of garage.
