Details
The NHEM-2 Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) for stationary sources of flue gas (SO2, NO, particulate matter) complies with the following standards:
- HJ75-2017 "Technical Specifications for Continuous Monitoring of Flue Gas Emissions from Stationary Sources (SO2, NOx, Particulate Matter)"
- HJ76-2017 "Technical Requirements and Testing Methods for Continuous Monitoring Systems of Flue Gas Emissions from Stationary Sources (SO2, NO, Particulate Matter)"
- GB16297-1996 "Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants"
- GB/T16157-1996 "Methods for Determination of Particulate Matter and Sampling of Gaseous Pollutants from Exhaust Gas of Stationary Source"
- HJ/T48 "Technical Conditions for Smoke and Dust Sampler"
- HJ/T47 "Technical Conditions for Flue Gas Sampler"
- Q/NH20 "Continuous Emission Monitoring System for Stationary Sources of Flue Gas"
- GB12519-1990 "General Technical Conditions for Analytical Instruments"
Features
- The sampling pipeline is made of PTFE or inert metal with weak adsorption properties. The heating temperature is adjustable up to 120℃, effectively reducing sample loss due to adsorption.
- The sample conditioner features a self-cleaning function, efficiently handling fine particulate matter, water vapor, and other impurities to prevent damage to the analysis system.
- Customized sampling probes are available to meet the installation requirements of exhaust pipes with different materials and specifications.
- A high-efficiency dehumidification device is employed to more effectively remove moisture from the flue gas, ensuring more accurate measurements.
Applications
Used to monitor the emissions from stationary pollution sources, such as industrial areas, factory, workshops, various boilers, and industrial furnaces under different working conditions.
System Composition
Emission Monitoring System
The flue gas monitoring system includes the NHG-4000 gas analyzer. Under the action of the system's sampling pump, samples enter the sampling treatment system, where water and dust are removed before being sent to the gas analyzer. Measurements are made using detectors and electrochemical sensors, with integrated software automatically calculating and providing the concentration data of various gases.
Sample Conditioner System
The sample conditioner system consists of high-temperature filters, high-temperature pneumatic valves, sample gas connections, standard gas connections, and humidity sensor modules. It performs the sampling, backflushing, and calibration processes. The system seamlessly integrates with the gas analyzer, ensuring no gas concentration loss during sample transmission. The temperature throughout the sampling process is consistent with the heating pipeline and pretreatment box temperature to prevent condensation of water vapor and samples. The temperature can be adjusted via a thermostat on the front panel.
NHG-4000 Gas Analyzer
The NHG-4000 gas analyzer measures SO2, NOx, and O2. It features an integrated, modular design with tightly distributed modules including gas control, gas path connection, circuit control, and signal acquisition and processing.
NHP-1 Particulate Matter Monitor
The NHP-1 particulate matter monitor consists of a host, cleaning system, calibration tools, connecting cables, and other accessories. It is used in CEMS, dust removal efficiency monitoring, combustion efficiency monitoring, industrial dust concentration measurement, and scientific research. It is suitable for continuous monitoring of dust emissions in industries such as thermal power, cement, ceramics, steel, metallurgy, petrochemicals, paper, and glass, making it an effective tool for environmental protection agencies.
Temperature Pressure Flow Monitoring System
The system includes a differential pressure transmitter, pitot tube, temperature transmitter, pressure transmitter, and backflushing system. It measures flue gas flow rate, temperature, pressure, and humidity, and facilitates probe backflushing. Parameters are measured using the pitot tube differential pressure method, with the pitot tube integrated into the gas sampling probe for easy maintenance. Data from temperature, pressure, and flow rate measurements are used to calculate sample gas emission volume.
Real-time Readout Device
Display: Shows component names and concentrations.
Report Query: Allows users to query historical reports based on time.
System Settings: Enables modifications to internal system settings.
Log Query: Records system operation logs and allows for log queries.
Operation Control: Provides control over the system operations.
