Details
The NHVOC-12 Portable Monitoring Instrument for Total Hydrocarbons, Methane, and Non-Methane Total Hydrocarbons is suitable for real-time on-site detection of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from various pollution sources. The instrument is equipped with a heated line that maintains a high temperature throughout the process, up to 180°C, effectively preventing the loss of high-boiling-point and high-concentration samples. Utilizing catalytic oxidation-FID technology for the analysis and detection of methane and total hydrocarbons in samples, the instrument achieves a catalytic efficiency of over 99%. Under the action of the sampling pump, collected samples are separated and analyzed by passing through an empty tube and a catalytic oxidation tube. The separated samples are then detected by a flame ionization detector (FID). Integrated software automatically calculates and provides qualitative and quantitative analysis data for methane, total hydrocarbons, and non-methane total hydrocarbons.

- Complies with the technical requirements of HJ1012-2018 and meets the standards of HJ38 and HJ583.
- Equipped with a heated line that maintains high temperatures throughout the process, up to 180°C, effectively preventing the loss of high-boiling-point and high-concentration samples.
- Can be paired with a detection control app to work with the main analyzer for on-site VOC inspection, analysis, archiving, location detection data recording, and instrument control, enhancing on-site detection efficiency.
- Features a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion polymer battery, eliminating the need for an external power source, with a battery life of over 4 hours.
- Fully automatic measurement, capable of automatically determining concentrations of total hydrocarbons, methane, and non-methane total hydrocarbons.
