Details
The opacimeter is an intelligent instrument used to test visible contaminants in emissions (exhaust smoke) from the compression combustion (diesel) engine. The instrument is mainly composed of measurement unit, tablet PC, sampling probe, Bluetooth printer, etc.
This instrument is available for real-time test, displaying instantaneous values, and measuring visible contaminants under free acceleration condition. Perform free acceleration test on in-use and new vehicles according to the GB3847-2018.
Options
- Bluetooth printer: prints license plate number, test date, measurement data and determination result according to GB3847-2018; features a high-performance print head with thermal printing, eliminating the need for ribbons or ink cartridges; highly compatible with fast printing speed.
- License Plate Identification Software: Automatically imports license plate information into the system and test reports after capturing and recognizing the license plate, eliminating the need for manual entry and enhancing on-site testing efficiency.
- Driving License Recognition Software: Automatically recognizes license plate number and key vehicle information after capturing an image of the owner's driving license, enhancing on-site law enforcement efficiency and facilitating the tracing of vehicles with excessive emissions.

- Adopts “air curtain” technology to prevent the optical system from exhaust smoke.
- Equipped with RS-232C serial port to communicate with external computer.
- Handheld design, easy to move.
Tablet PC
- Fully English interactive menu, displaying both opacity and light absorption coefficient.
- Procedural operation, automatically processes test data, displays each test peak value, and determines whether the test conditions meet relevant standards.
- Lithium battery of high capacity: possible to be continuously operated for 6h from full power under normal outdoor temperature, also available to be operated by connecting with charger.

It is applicable to environmental protection departments, vehicle inspection station, engine factories, vehicle manufacturers,workshops, etc.
